When you call in to make an appointment you're told you'll get a call back, which rarely happens. When you're in for an appointment and want to make a new one you get told off at the reception very rudely Hand in your face, told to wait before you can say good morning, then really talked down to as if you're a child My family is going to find a new practice and unfortunately we have spoken to many people also disappointed with the service and just basic rights we want to have met from this surgery

Repeatedly being told that a face to face appointment has been made by a nurse practitioner, via phone consultant. When turning up for the appointment, no record of it exists, and deny all knowledge it, or say that it was at an earlier time. No help is given to reschedule appointment, other than to ring back in the morning, to make a new one

We apologise for any mix up however we do not use anything called phone consultant? Unless we can understand the problem it would be very difficult to resolve? Please contact the surgery.
