I want to say I apologise for my rudeness to the nurse today and the receptionist I was stressed about something different and I allowed it to cloud my judgement and make me irritable ur staff did not deserve my stress to been taken out on them please accept my sincere apologies it will never happen again

I consulted with the doctor about my problem regarding the spine on January 2, and she told me that she would refer me to a spine specialist, and so far that has not happened. I think some doctors Willful negligence

What a practice. Great doctors and great admin. I am extremely satisfied with all of my care here. Appointments availability is excellent. Answering calls so promptly

The doctor was extremely clear and understanding of my problems. He had a lot of knowledge which he communicated to me patiently to make sure I understood everything.

On October 24th I had a blood test with the nurse, I saw her exactly on time. I have had many blood tests and they are always slightly painful, but on this occasion, I didn't even feel the needle going into my vein. I received the results of the blood test the following day, and this was followed by a useful consultation with one of the surgery's doctors a few days later. I was very impressed with the treatment I received from the HalfPenny Steps surgery.

I have never been able to access Patchs system to take advantage of advertised benefits. Iit will not accept my email address. There is no email contact for Halfpenny steps Health Centre. Computer knowledge is required that I do not have. Tests and blood tests results are not followed up.
