Having to liase with the Doctors at the haiden practice on behalf of my Sister, I cannot thank them enough for their caring efficient professional manner. I emailed the practice on a Sunday evening and my email was read 9.01 .Monday morning, a reply email was sent to me and I also had a call from a doctor who measured me that my "unwell sister" would be having a visit that very afternoon. I live 70miles away from my sister and I am housebound so knowing my darling sister is in good hands and being helped is such a comfort. Hearing so many horror stories about not being able to get to see a doctor in these sad times makes me realise what a treasure the doctors and staff are at this practice. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the care you are giving my sister.

I filled in an e consult yesterday very easy to use and had two missed calls that afternoon and a call this morning offering me an apt this morning based on their triaging of the e consult. The Dr was on time I wasn’t kept waiting and she was really efficient, kind reassuring and I was out in 15 minutes. A really good experience and excellent service. We are incredibly lucky to have the NHS this is a perfect example of it working seamlessly. Thank you.

Please update the published phone number for the practice . No notification has received through the email or texting details held. There are no indications of the change at the surgery site either. Thank you.

I saw the nurse today (24.01.2023) for a cervical scan and she noticed my asthma review was due so she quickly did it so I would not have to return to the surgery. I was stressed about having the cervical smear as I’m not sexually active and it’s painful. I shared my anxiety and she was kind, caring and quick. She talked me through it and was encouraging and it didn’t hurt. Bravo for a great job.

I have been a patient at this surgery for a few years. My GP is always so prompt, responsive, proactive, diligent and caring. He follows up to ensure I’m doing better and he understands me, my challenges, my life and is able to advise me well. He listens to my issues and refers me to specialists as required. I’m always so impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness and his kindness. This surgery is also amazing. I’ve been a patient for ten years and all the staff I’ve come across have been kind, helpful and respectful. This is the best surgery in London from feedback I get from friends and colleagues. Well done. Keep it up.

A really excellent GP. I've always been able to get a same day phone call, usually followed by a same day visit if it was required. The staff are friendly, quick and knowledgeable. I don't know how they've managed to keep such high standards in such difficult circumstances but I will definitely recommend them.
