The website clearly states you can walk in and book, I only live 100 yards away. No you can't, you must ring at 3pm or 8 am. No prebooked. So I ring at 3pm, 7th in the queue ( don't forget I am paying for this call) " finally "no appointments today". That's OK I can come tomorrow anytime. No you need to phone 8 am or 3pm. No prebooked. Next day at 8am I am 12th in the queue. After 10 minutes I am 4th and give up. See your GP! How?.

The staff and practitioners have always given me excellent service over the last 10 years. I'm lucky I dont tend to need them very often (touch wood). They are always busy and Im sure have a lot to deal with an ever increasing workload. But I find them polite whilst being direct, professional whilst caring and helpful.
