   Absolutely horrendous. Are you a joke and how are you still open ?  When you call in and the staff are having attitude with you and  are telling you how you feel instead of asking and listening to you. Being in pain for over 6h is normal and not an emergency, i could not go to the bathroom or stand up, shivering in my bed thinking this pain will never be over.And the lady on the phone is having an argument that i called ambulance when they are out of hours, and hung up the phone on me and you swore to protect people. What a joke you are, avoid this surgery at all costs.
