The waiting room in the surgery near the town is awful the chairs look like they have come from the tip . The floor is discusting the whole room is depressing not a healing environment. The walls are grim it's all grim no clock it's worse than a prison visiting room .couple that will unwell people and its a negative attitude.

Unable to see present duty clinician when no other patients present or waiting to alleviate anxiety at suspicious lesion with potential to be melanoma. As a temporary resident the preferred paperwork pathway was deemed more important than a 2 minute assessment in an otherwise empty surgery

Web site says opens at 8am. Waited outside from 7.40am Eventually let in at 8.30am. Told 8am only applies to phones. Not alone today in being misled by online info that practice opens at 8am

We were visiting the island for the week, when our baby became unwell. I rung the Surgery who advised me to bring him in, which we did. He then registered and were seen within 15,mins. Absolutely outstanding. From the receptionist who was the most helpful lady, to the GP who took her time. Makes me proud of our NHS, thank you for the most caring service.5*****
