   For 10 days now my wife has been suffering with severe stomach pains so much so she is not eating or drinking, I finally manged to get her to contact surgery today, after 1 hour of trying she eventually spoke to a care navigator & was told no more appointments available today, she would be contacted by a nurse, this was at 9am it is now 3.45pm no call as yet, she is in total distress & says she knew it would be a waste of time, it's about time som here was sorted, you changed the name but it is still the same poor service.

   Had a great experience at this surgery - GP and staff were all very helpful and attentive and my appointment went smoothly!
