I do not recommend if you have a child with ongoing medical needs. My child's prescription for her feed which she needs to live as she cannot eat is regularly rejected with no explanation. Near impossible for me to ever get an appointment, have to use 111 instead.

Only ever have that day open for appointments, so if you need a routine appointment you’re going to be awake at 6:30am trying to use their AskFirst app, only to be let down and be told theres no appointments, then on hold from 8am on the dot for about 20 minutes and then told to try again tomorrow.

Very polite, kind staff working there. Have been using this practice for years now. But since the place been rebuilt its much cleaner and better.

All staffs were friendly and there was only minimum waiting time for service. Nurse clearly explained the required vaccination details and and also administered the vaccine to the child without much disturbance.

Very hard to get doctor's appointment. Last two years trying to get appointment but couldn't get appointment. Every time they said its fully booked call next week.

The doctor I saw and the other doctors I see and in addition administrative and managerial staff possess the qualities and skills of being 100% genuine, being super caring, and approaching their day/problem solving with vigour, determination, absolute honest efforts and professionalism. They are receptive kind and thorough.

It is a miracle if you can get an appointment to see a doctor. If you do get one it’s Russian roulette if you get a doctor that listens and is helpful. You have to start dialing at 8am or stand outside at 7.45am and exaggerate your condition to be able to get a call back from a doctor and that’s if you are lucky enough for them to have any slots left by 8.05am. When will this surgery go back to normal working practices? This surgery is not fit for purpose even when you complain nothing is done.
