All staff are very kind helpful and caring. Quickly got face to face appointment , within one hour of requesting. Feeling fortunate to be a patient of this practice.

I find Greenhead Family Doctors to be an excellent practice, there are several reasons why I think this as I have always had positive personal experience in the last year when contacting them by phone, through the NHS app or in person. The surgery has embraced multiple contact channels and it makes it easy for me, as a patient who uses all three to keep in touch. I really appreciate the ease at which I have been able to make an appointment to see my GP, often I am able to make a same day appointment by telephone and for things less urgent there are nearly always online appointments available within the next few days to a week. My repeat prescription has been so easy to request from the NHS app, it goes straight through to the surgery, who are quick to approve it, onto the pharmacy and my recent experience is it is always delivered by the next day, sometimes even the same day. The reception staff are always very helpful, for reasons such as efficiently scheduling my appointments, providing clear communication about medical processes, promptly addressing inquiries, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients. The practice nurses are also really efficient and seem very thorough in their approach, I now have in place a care plan and get reminders for all the regular check-ups required. Overall I think this surgery is doing so many good things for its patients continues to improve more and more each year.

The surgery went above and beyond to help my son get the treatment he needed. After not getting very far with hospitals. This was my last resort before going private. I can't fault the brilliant, friendly and amazing staff. We really appreciate all the help that was provided!!!

The practice is relatively new to me as a new patient. They seem very professional and dedicated health care team and im pleased there sorting my medical needs out great pharmacy at Lockwood efficient and knowledgable glad I made the transition.

I had surgery on my knee a few weeks ago and im struggling to walk and get around. I attended the surgery this morning for a blood test. From the start the reception staff were very friendly helping to open the doors and organising the appointment for the ground floor then I didn't need to walk up the stairs. The nurse i saw was lovely and after the appointment made sure I had somewhere to sit inside for my taxi home instead of being out in the rain. Another staff member passed and alerted reception I was waiting and may need some help getting into the taxi. Reception then helped as I got down the front steps of the building and into the taxi. I have a very good opinion of the staff. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Doctors and all staff are fantastic at this practice. Have been a patient here for 33+ years and seen many changes. Sadly the wheelchair access is poor due to listed building constraints. Access is round the back via a cobbled lane but unfortunately there is a step at the rear door that requires a wheelchair user to get out of the chair or be pushed by someone else. Once inside it is great. I’m not aware of any disabled parking but assume where the staff currently park could be used with prior arrangements. A simple ramp would solve the issue at the back door. A more elaborate ramp would solve the front door if planning would agree. The doors are not automated either so would depend on your ability to control them from your chair or bring someone with you.
