Been registered in this practice for more than 2 years and never managed to get an appointment for me, my wife or my son. They ask to call 8am and when you call they never answer. When they do, around 9, they ask you to call at 8am next day. Just today I called 18 times and no one cares to even answer the call.

While my son's bcg vaccination appointment today, there was an episode of choking situation happend to my son, while I was dealing the situation, the staff told me to go out and deal it because it's only 10mins appointment. I felt helpless and disappointed, how careless the staff was dealing the situation, I never wish to attend any more appointment to this surgery in future.
