8am called for appointment 9am telephone appointment prescription given X-ray and bloods appointments arranged 12 X-ray and bloods completed 1230 prescription received 5 pm bloods and X-ray analysed Ct scan booked

I cannot begin to convey my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Great Staughton Surgery Team. The are always professional, empathetic, and caring towards me (despite the fact that they are overworked, they always want to help and make time for their patients, even if they can't ring you back until their daily work hours are long over). The NHS and we in the community are very fortunate indeed to have you; we applaud you, and we truly appreciate of you and everything that you do for us.

This surgery has been so fantastic for the couple of years we have been with them. Both resident gps have provided excellent care to myself and my family, cheerfully seeing the entire family in one go one christmas eve Yesterday i had cause to see the practice nurse with my son as we have both developed tonsillitis. The surgery was rammed and clearly over busy, but we were seen on time. Despite being pressed for time, she took her time to listen and examine the both of us, and prescribed us both. Thankfully she did because about 2 hours later i commenced the most horrendous fever of my life, pretty convinced if i hadnt started the antibiotics i would have ended up admitted to hospital. This is just the tip of the iceberg though, the entire practice seems to be built up on old fashioned hard work and patient care coupled with modern thinking. They are simply fantastic If only the rest of the nhs was run like this!

Staff always helpful when you call I Doctors always call back within a few hours Disabled parking not brilliant but you can usually park along road somewhere Building accessible to get into
