Great doctors, great Econsult service One receptionist really embarrassed me by saying just because I’m on universal credit I could still buy medication for my 2 year old as a lot of other people are in the same position. £8 is a lot of money. Daughter really struggling with hay fever £8 for medication and pharmacy advised for a prescription to be asked for Explained all this to the receptionist and she was insisting I should pay. Called back and luckily got through to another receptionist who understood and got a prescription sent

Mother has had what she thinks was Covid for over 2 weeks Was given antibiotics which had very little effect on her condition After telephoning the surgery requesting a home visit she was told they were too busy Absolute joke of a place Which was the main reason I left They got Bath Street to telephone my mother & they told my Mum that she needed face to face with a doctor maybe bloodtests etc Hood Manor shouldn't be passing the buck & should be seeing or visiting there patients at home no matter the time of day/night They really need to get their house in order
