    In September 2022 I took my child to Greasby Group Practice for a pre-booked appointment. Despite arriving early, it was disappointing to have experienced a delay of over 45 minutes. Whilst not entirely unsurprising, an apology or even an acknowledgement would have been appreciated. Sitting in the reception area, what struck me was how inefficient the administrative process was. Patients were made to queue and wait for the receptionist(s), who would periodically appear from a room at the back, seemingly with little sense of urgency. A patient presented at the reception area to make a follow up booking, only to be told to phone back tomorrow. Such disregard for the customer experience wouldn't be tolerated in any business environment. Greasby Group Practice needs to place greater emphasis on the value of time else the patients will lose their patience!

    I never leave a review, but felt I had too, on the brink of leaving this practice, I have made numerous requests for follow up / phone calls etc, nothing .... if try to ring on hold for up to an hour, was asked to return for repeat bloods, no explanation, no follow up, asked for maintenence dose of a certain medication, was told they had left several messages regarding this ..... nothing progressed, was told the person didn't work this day or that day, on the whole poor service, never seem to have a problem resolved sick of ringing to ask, given up to be honest. Will look into moving doctors as find dealing this practice beyond frustrating.

    I’ve been registered at Greasby Group Practice for the past 6 years. I’ve always found the reception staff to be efficient and polite. We haven’t needed regular care for long term conditions but have always been given emergency appointments when needed for us and our children. I’ve contacted the surgery when worried about my toddler and had an apt with a GP within the hour!
