I don't think I'm able to leave specific names here, so I'll be sending a message to the practice manager to name them as they were both brilliant. I called this morning to book a blood test, the amazing receptionist realised that I also needed to book a GP appointment and sorted that out for me, and something else I had forgotten to do. Absolutely brilliant service! I had put an e-consultation in earlier in the day to sort out an appointment for a completely different problem. About ten minutes after I got off the phone with the receptionist, a second receptionist called me and sorted that appointment out for me straight away. I work in a GP practice and I can't tell you all how much I appreciate the amazing service at Grange Park. It's always been a brilliant surgery but the reception team were so efficient and helpful this morning I had to leave a review. I'll be sending a message directly to the practice as I want to name them to the Practice manager. Thanks so much again. It's a tough job in general practice and you're doing amazingly! If this review has gone one twice I apologise, I did it once this morning but I'm not sure if it worked!

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful reception staff. Missed one phone call (for which I was not given a time and the doctor rang on a protected while I was in a meeting at work) and since then have not been able to access any care.
