  1. Review titled Bad practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Phoned since 8am for a appointment could not get through and my finger was on the redial button. At 18 minutes past 8, their answer phone said no more appointments for today. Furthermore it takes 2 weeks from handing in a repeat prescription for them to actually get it to the chemist around the corner from them. Worse surgery I have joined, and there is no other surgery that will take me out of my catchment area. Good for nothing surgery.

Was waiting ages today. In the morning for an appointment around 40 minutes. In the evening to collect a prescription (ordered last week) more than 15 minutes regardless no people except me

  3. Review titled Great service.

Rated 4 stars out of 5

I had a blood pressure check which was high. I took results to the surgery, the young receptionist was helpful and a couple of days later I was given an appointment. Quick and efficient.

  4. Review titled You'll be dead before you get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

Don't make the mistake of joinng this practice. Second since December I've tried to get face to face GP appt. Last time I was told to contact 111 and ended picking up medication from the hospital - had to take the bus. Not really on. East End practices are not like they used to be. You won't get seen to or be treated professionally. Don't bother joining.

  5. Review titled Why is this Practice still in existence

Rated 1 star out of 5

This practice has not changed it's attitude in a long time, patients are an inconvenience, staff totally unhelpful, you know as soon as you pick up the telephone the receptionist will fob you off, I think the phrase "what ever you require is unavailable" is their stock answer to anything and everything, however they word it! I think they should start remembering it is their patients that pay their salaries and they should start paying more attention to their employees, i.e Us the pour people who are unable to register with other practises because they are already full, probably with the patients from Graham Road Surgery!

  6. Review titled ask my gp and telephone experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

what is the point of ask my gp as it always seems to be offline. When I finally rang was told it was full to capacity so although in a lot of pain I had to wait until the next day to try again. Needed some tablets I had last year but had to see a doctor but seems to be no appointments. Not sure what happens if they are full to capacity today. Currently having to sit by my computer waiting for ask my GP to open. Why not have it open so a problem could be queued? even prioritised. When I phoned went from pillar to post. Was told I could use push my GP. Interesting as a good idea. Perhaps you have too many customers. I try and avoid unless I really have to use them.
