I have tried over 3 consecutive days to ring for an appointment. Each time I have been waiting for a minimum of 25 only to be cut off. On ringing back, I have moved to Number 1 on the list where I was stuck for a further 20/30 only to be cut off again. I have given up with this practice and will be registering elsewhere.

I called to get an appointment as I have severe ear pain only to be told call back on Monday morning. I'm in agony now . !!!! By Monday I'll be climbing the walls. I've no money to go to the chemist to get something from there. I guess it'll be the hospital and a very long wait there. Totally disgraceful. I wish I'd never registered with this medical centre.

Severe back spasms, left in queue for call back, called back within 30mins obtained appointment for pm. Doctor phoned hospital, gave me letter to take. Fantastic service

Yesterday I was lucky to get an appointment with a doctor generally you can't but yesterday I did and I spoke to a young female doctor and felt I was being listened too and I was treated well,she left me feeling like she cared good for her we need more like her I was well impressed.
