Always responsive, had a blood test recently with an amazingly friendly phlebotomist. Always satisfied with care from here

Been a patient here for over 5 years. For the first year, it was fab, but ever since lockdown the service has been going further and further downhill. You can't get an appointment. It's almost impossible to talk to reception, let alone an actual living doctor. And as for repeat prescriptions, trying to get my HRT changed at short notice before a bank holiday because my brand was available was a total failture, despite going and handing it in at reception and being assured the doctor would sort it before close of play. If i could move surgeries, I would. Not sure why this practice is so rubbish now, but I suspect there are too many people for too few doctors. Such a shame when Mere surgery close by is so good. Come on Gillingham, get better at it please.

We have been in Gillingham for only 3 months after having returned from Spain after 16 years. We are very impressed with the courtesy, helpfulness, efficiency and professionalism shown to us by all staff without exception. We feel very fortunate to have found such a caring practice, thank you.

Have tried phoning the surgery many times to get a annual blood test, if there is a queue on the phone I am unable wait due to work. On Monday I phoned and got answered straight away - obviously not busy you would think. I was told we are very busy and I am unable to book any appointments, phone back tomorrow. The following day phoned several times and put in a queue, unable to wait in queue kept phoning back. Eventually the queue was only 2 deep so I waited to be told we no longer have any appointments for this week. I don’t know when I can attend the following week so it all happens again the following week when I know when I have a day off. This has been going on for a while and the receptionist doesn’t care when I explain the situation.
