I was able to make an appointment on line today to see the doctor in surgery an hour later. She was very kind and friendly. Put me at ease and made the necessary referral. I am very impressed with this surgery.

The receptionist are so helpful and friendly . Nothing is too much trouble for them . Seen the nurse today she is so kind and understanding and listerns to you ... which makes all the difference.. would highly recommend this surgery.....

Due to a gardening accident I lost the tip of my finger. Original treatment at the Urgent Care Centre which was excellent. Advised to attend GP surgery for subsequent dressings and monitoring of wound for infection. Nurses refused. Advised to go back to the urgent care centre. Which I have done.however further dressings needed. Dressings are not urgent care but a necessity to avoid infection. A lack of care or indeed empathy from the medical nurses is astounding.

They canceled the appointment I made online, for the reason that no reason was identified for this appointment, given that the online application indicated by this provider does not allow me to add other notes when making the appointment. Not to mention that in order to make this appointment I had to wait about 45 days.

got an email book an appointment,went to surgery as nearly impossible to contact by telephone,suprise no appointments available any time in future(this surgery is a prime example of why the uk is 1 from bottom of 19 countries health services). 1.management more interested in excuses 2.down right rude and uncaring. 3.treat patients as a number. 4.nearly impossible to see a doctor face to face 5.to many patients registered and not enough staff or doctors. Come on get this practice sorted and start caring about your patients!
