The people working there are very rude , Never any appointments available long long waiting in call right in 8:30 and after long waiting somebody answer with sorry there is no appointment for today and neither whole week the most disappointing GP

Your kindness, attentive listening, and prompt action regarding my query truly made a difference. Your commitment to customer service is evident, and I greatly appreciate it. I developed hypertension and called the surgery. Doctor responded later in the day, prescribed necessary medication and followed up a few days later. The medication worked and the quick response by Doctor enabled me to travel abroad a few days later which I probably would have had to cancel.

I have been with this practise for several years. I have a chronic illness and they have always supported me with this, and it’s knock on effects. The doctors are extremely thorough and have a patient and caring manner. I didn’t think I could appreciate and respect this doctors surgery more than I did, until I recently had a child. Their care throughout my child’s episodes of being unwell has been absolutely phenomenal. They are outstanding with the level of care that they provide- I feel very lucky that my child and I are able to come to this practise and be under the care of such incredible, caring doctors. I would highly recommend any of the doctors or nurses here.

I called this morning and within half hour my GP had called me and arranged a face to face appointment a couple of hours later. The consultation was all that I could wish for. My GP is extremely competent and experienced and as always, showed me great warmth and support. All in all, I couldn't wish for better.

All of the Doctors' and the reception staff are extremely professional and extremely kind and understanding The doctor remembered to ask about my Mother's birthday celebration which I though was very caring bearing in mind he hie is seeing many patients each day I feel that my 90 year old mother is genuinely well cared for at this practise

I called the practice to make an appointment, but when I told the receptionist that the reason for my call was heart issues, she told me that the doctor will call me within 2 hours. And the doctor did call. After discussing my symptoms with her, I was given the same day appointment. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. We discussed everything in detail. After that she organised relevant tests. It's a striking difference from my previous GP practice.

I can always rely on Friern Barnet Medical Centre to help me when I am in need. They always respond very quickly and professional and the most important thing is that they care about their patience. Can’t want more from a GP practice.

I am very happy with the service and the staff are very friendly.. called up in the morning and managed to get an appointment on the same day, doctors are really good and the doctor that saw me, listen to me and sent me for the relevant tests.. I am very happy and thank you..

I moved in Friern Barnet, searched the nearest gp practice, I found this clinic is very close and lovely. Then checked the web page to register, it says taking new patients and accepting just the neighbourhood. We are in the neighbourhood that's fine. And followed up the procedure, download and print the form, fill up, prepare the documents and physically come to the medical clinic with photo id. That's Ok I did all and went there. I just was told there is no vacancy for new patients they can not take us. This is not problem we can go any other gp, However perhaps our time is important too, you can tell you are unable to accept new patients temporarily, do now waste time. It would be appreciated. You can have a high quality service if you are registered, I have no idea. Regards
