    Have been trying to contact the surgery for days to try and get the results of my recent hospital scan. I am stuck in the recorded announcement loop and supposedly number 1 in the queue but 20 minutes of holding on, I am getting the same repeated message … you are number 1 in the queue and so it goes on and on …

    They never answer their telephones, it is always busy. There is always an issue with prescriptions because someone is not doing their job. I have been backward and forward to pick up my prescription from the chemist but it is never there because the surgery neglected to send through the script. When the staff are not on strike, they are either too busy or unwilling apparently to help. If there were any other surgery nearby, I would transfer.

    I think it is important to provide feedback on the services that we receive and particularly so with our GP practices which have taken a battering recently . My own experience of the GPs , Nurses and reception staff at Forest practice is that they provide a consistently excellent service . At each touch point they have provided me with courteous help and assistance with enquiries and appointment bookings and taken a thorough approach in assessing and treating my conditions - doing a great job in these difficult times - thank you to all at Forest Practice

    I called the practice just after 6pm about my 8 year old son who was unwell. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke directly to the GP on call. The doctor called me back very quickly and arranged the appropriate treatment. As I result I didn't then need to go through 111 and we were able to start the treatment very quickly. Many thanks to the receptionist who listened to my concerns on the phone.

    I would like to thank the reception staff, doctors and nurses at this practice for caring for us and doing all they can to help - especially within the limitations of the last couple of years too. Reception are friendly and helpful despite being under a lot of pressure and I am very grateful to them for their help and efficiency. THANK YOU, I value your service.
