Never in my life had to deal with unhelpful, uneducated jumped up receptionists in my life. I will be calling in for a face to face with the member in question. Disgusting!!!!!

I really struggle with technology and could not work the check in computer. The staff would not do it for me. Just humiliated me in front of the waiting room. Technology is leaving a lot of older people behind. Please train staff to help people that cannot use technology instead of humiliating them. (Obviously asked a friend to help me review you)
