    This is a busy surgery. I (sadly) use it often. They have to hsve sirens and rules in place to function. If you follow those rules you are met with helpful and courteous staff at all levels. Things dunt shay's work out how you wish (ie getting an appointment when you want it), but they do try hard to see you (or call you) assp. If you work with them then you get good service.

    Having been with this GP Practice for 16 years, sadly I had to leave and register with another practice due to the significant decline in the standard of care provided. Unanswered calls, virtually impossible to obtain a face to face appointment, no feedback for test results, curt and unhelpful staff, just a few of the issues that patients are having to contend with at this practice.
