   Reception is night mare the never answer phones. Me hold now over 45 minutes to try getting to reception. I was number 2 when start call. Reception so bad the should change the staff. The lady enjoyed them salfe but never answer phones. Many time I even walked to surgery phone ring and the only talking. Very bad
