    I didn't even know that Falmouth Health Centre existed (just behind the hospital). It was clean, staff were friendly and helpful (it's not exactly a great time to work in the NHS) and I felt I'd received good, knowledgeable 'care' during my podiatry appointment. I happened to speak with someone (boiler engineer) the next day who was also complimentary about their visit with a sick child. I appreciate our NHS staff - it's been a difficult few years and I can only hope it gets better.

    I never leave negative review but I don't have a choice now. Some of the staff on the reception desk in my experience are so rude. The way and tone of their voice are not very professional or welcoming. I have to say I had very bad experience with one doctor. They weren't nice and they diagnosed my child over the telephone. When I asked for face to face appointment they were very rude and I felt like I was taking their time. They told me come to the surgery and from the first minute they seemed mad because they had to check my baby. I'm very disappointed and surprised that they told us we can't come to the surgery every time we are worried about something. Yes we can, we are parents who care about their child and they are a doctor and their job is helping others. I'm thinking about officially complaining.

  3. Review titled Staff were superb

    Due to sepsis and the loss of the index finger on right hand (this is why my writing is so bad) I found that my eye sight in my right eye was begin lost. I attended Treliske and the surgeons and staff have been superb. I recently received an appointment for a pre-op assessment at Falmouth health center. I was not happy with this as I live quite a long distance away. However I arranged transport. I did not know what to expect but I must say that I was very pleased with my treatment from all that I met and cannot praise Falmouth Health Centre enough. All were extremely kind. Thankyou.

    Good Morning Unfortunately this is not the correct site for feedback for the Outpatients/pre-op assessment department. The Health Centre is a multi user building - this is the page for the GP practice. Kind regards

    I phoned the health centre to book an appointment to discuss a medication that the chemist informed me that I was to stop taking. When I had to explain this to the receptionist, she tells me that that is correct and that I must have discussed this previously with my Doctor. I tell her that I haven't had any communication from my Doctor in months and she insisted I had. I was eventually granted an appointment for a month later after she became increasingly belligerent. I have had the misfortune to interact with this woman previously and it is always the same with her. I do not know if her problem is with me personally or if it is with all the patients, but she is a poor example of a first contact.
