I never expected to say that going to the GP was an enjoyable experience, but today it was. I felt listened to and understood and although I presented with an issue that wasn't serious, my concern were taken seriously. Before going into the surgery I wondered whether I really needed to bother coming out I am so glad that I did. The surgery made me feel valued. Thank you

I've never had a problem with the surgery, always extremely helpful, I am completely relaxed when I am there Great people from the receptionist to the doctors and always respond after enquiries

Good morning, I just wanted to message to express my appreciation and gratitude to how your surgery has taken care of me over the last few years. Changing from Tamworth Medical Centre was one of the best decisions I made. I went from a nightmare scenario to absolute bliss when I joined Fairview. I have recently had to change surgeries because I have moved, but the difficulty I had was changing my surgery because you lot have been absolutely amazing with me. I just wanted you to know that. To all at the Fairview Medical Centre, I am fortunate to be f good health, in general, as is my husband, so you will not recognise me. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do. I hear so many horrible experiences my friends and family have with their GP services and can only sing your praises. I have never been expected to spend at least 25 minutes using an app in order to make an appointment. I have never been held on the line for an hour to be then told I must call again the following morning at 8am. I have never been told I must wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. I have never had to see an alternative GP and subsequently end up in hospital as an emergency, having been mis-diagnosed. I have always been greeted kindly by the person who answers the phone and I have been offered a timely appointment. On arrival at the surgery the staff are efficient and polite. I have seen varied professionals and thankfully do not need to visit treatment very often. So please keep up the good work you all do. With every good wish for Christmas and the New Year.

I was seen on 13th Sept by a locum physio at the surgery. He spent 40 mins with me, explained everything well and answered all my questions. I left with an exercise programme (which I am finding do-able, but challenging(!) Jab system works well outside the practice building. I always receive a good service from everyone there. There is nothing unhelpful or to dislike. I like the efficiency

Spoke to Dr Williams on Friday and he was extremely helpful and supportive. Gave me great guidance on my issues and I cannot not praise him highly enough.

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Due to my recent mental and physical health decline I needed to get support from the Fairview Medical Centre Social Worker. The Fairview Medical Centre Social Worker’s support has been invaluable to assist me gain benefits I would never have been able to claim by myself or advocate for the extra assistance I have successfully gained. I realise how fortunate I have been to access this service as friends in other areas/ GP practices cannot get this amazing level of support. I don’t take the service for granted and encourage the practice to showcase it. Adults need this service without it patients could genuinely experience personal and even family collapse. The pressure on council social services teams means the support to people like me would be unlikely to take place. To be honest I would also feel uncomfortable contacting a council social worker as I am aware they are under staffed an struggling to assist vulnerable children etc. The practice social worker operates in conjunction with the Dr/ Local health/ other charitable groups etc and in my opinion supports recovery in a holistic way. As the role is a part of the practice health and well being team means I am gaining a joined up level of support. It not only results in financial, health and well being benefit for patients but also the NHS too. Thank you to the social worker and thank you to Fairview management team for being forward thinking to offer holistic and wide ranging services to help patients and the community.

Quality of doctors, nurses and reception is high, I am sure Dr Graham had her input on that! That should be international standard for medical practice. Caring, professional, person centred approach. I am very lucky to be registered at this Surgery. The doctors are very kind and competent. Especially Dr M Graham who goes the extra mile to make me feel better, nothing is too much for her to sort out my health issues.
