I had requested medication for repeat prescription pharmacist set up a call back didn’t call on a first occasion. I’ve called receptionist waiting time 20min in a queue set up another call for next day at 8:30am received a missed call at 8:11am yet again called receptionist waiting time 25min. Promised to set up another call some time later?! This is extremely stressful and absolutely unacceptable. It’s a prescription request ! I cAn only image how frustrating it is for serious ill patients. Worse experience ever. Sort it out! how unprofessional and the time takes to get it done shame on you !

I am glad that I can receive medical help in the Fairfield Practice. My family and I have always received the necessary care in this clinic. All the doctors there are very attentive and professional.
