    Excellent service, easy to book an appointment by phone, very friendly reception staff and excellent service received from the doctor himself who was very kind and reassuring to my brother who attended for support with a painful knee and who has additional needs. I left the appointment with my brother feeling that he had been listened to and confident that his medical needs were met. The GP himself also dealt swiftly with another matter that was outstanding with the hospital which he didn't need to do. Very satisfied.

    They are very professional. I find the practice to be user friendly. They are patient with me as they spend time to listen to my complaint. The waiting time for my appointment is not normally too long as they are generally on time. So far so good.

    I ordered repeat prescription over a week ago and when it comes to collecting at the pharmacy it hasn’t been approved for 3 days, saying they need a review. Why can’t you communicate this with patients so they don’t have a wasted trip and miss out on vital medication - utterly appalling service and reception have a ‘don’t care, not bovvered’ attitude to it all as well. Very disappointed in you, Eversley Medical Centre

    Having used accurx to contact the surgery I got a prompt response notifying me of a booked phone call with a doctor. When I spoke to the doctor he was clear and concise and then gave me a physiotherapy appointment at the surgery the next week. The Physio did a thorough examination, was clear on his diagnosis (carefully showed me on the computer what was the problem) and advice and sent me an exercise programme stating that if any problems or no improvement I was to contact him again.

    The fact this surgery is impossible to get appointments for, even weeks in advance, none online and none when u call. The way this place has been run the last few years is terrifying. It needs a dramatic overview. The Gaps once meeting are amazing. It's the customer service and arranging of appointments that's closer to a third world country. Someone needs to come in and update the system around the reception and booking appointments. As have seen that other GP surgerys do not have anything like this. And by far the worst experience trying to book a doctors appointment, ever. Please make some drastic changes to how the reception and bookings are made.

    Promosed me an appointment for my kid 4.5 years in 9 am for 2 pm she have a scratch on her eye ball. 2:15 I called back just to be told there is no appointment made for a doctor to call back ? Very bad reception not friendly it might be just a one person that behave weird there but I fact twice in one day Talked to me as like I am not a human

    I am a cardiac patient and trying to get appointment with my GP,, since I was discharged from hospital failed to even get telephone consultation with GP. Telephone line always busy even waited 30 minutes but failed. Very unfortunate and stressful. This is Eversley Medical center...Run by few careless sitting in Reception. What can we do??
