    I called the surgery on Friday morning , got an appointment for Friday after work . I had blood tests on Saturday and the same Dr I saw on Friday called me with the results on Monday . Honestly I was amazed . The GP was lovely , he took time to listen to me and put me at ease . In this day an age when everyone complains about not being able to get an appointment this surgery is great . Also the receptionists are lovely too . I truly feel that if I have any issues with my new medication ( as instructed by the Dr ) I will be able to go back without feeling like I am a nuisance . Thank you so much .

    I had a text to get a blood test. I was off yesterday so popped in to collect the paperwork to book a test. . The receptionist with glasses was absolutely excellent. not only was she polite and respectful but she went out of her way to try and get me in for a test straight away as she knew it was my only day off leaving reception to check if I could be fitted in. . I did do it immediately and left the centre within 5 minutes of entering. A really good result thanks to this lady and the lovely lady who did the test. Really nice and reassuring with a great manner. all in all a perfect experience. please pass on my sincere thanks to both. Roger Allen

    I went to the gp and the group of women working at the reception where instantly hostile. The receptionist that was "helping" me was so rude and and all the other ones in the background are just there giggling and making you feel uncomfortable. I didn't hear one of the things the receptionist said to me so I said "pardon can you repeat that?" and the others in the background all shaking their heads. No one was busy they were just all sat in a group bullying patients. Ridiculous, it was my first time visiting the practise & prior to this I called the day before. Equally as rude on the phone. I don't understand how you work for the people yet you have no people skills whatsoever.
