   I have been with this practice for years and every time i call it takes me ages to get through as the phones are either just continuously ringing or it it busy or it cuts off after ringing a couple times. everytime i have said this to the reception staff after finally getting through they are always rude about it and today after me calling a lady wasn't apologetic or nice on the phone she was very rude and just said "well we are answering the phones they are open from 8 everyday". Honestly i hate ringing this doctors as i have to wait ages to get through and then have to deal with rude reception staff. The doctors on the other hand i have no problem with i just do not appreciate the way reception talk to me when i call
