   I have been liaising with this practice for several weeks now on behalf of a close relative, and I have been so impressed with the responsiveness of the clinical team in respect of understanding of clinical need and in this instance the specific needs of the individual patient. I have also been so impressed with the receptionist and administration team as they are hugely effective & efficient but have also perfected the art of talking to people in a calm and sensitive way. Thank you to you all .
