All of the staff I have encountered here are professional yet make you feel at ease and reassured. The reception team are amazing and go out of their way to help you and making appointments is straightforward and you are seen or spoke to promptly. They have in-house sonography and can do blood tests on site which is so helpful. Referrals are made quickly and you never have to wait for prescriptions to be issued. So pleased with the service we receive from this surgery/practice- thank you, Elizabeth House.

I called this morning at 8.15 for a telephone appt with a doctor. The doctor called 30 mins later and, after detailed questions, invited me to a face-to-face appt an hour later. Again after routine tests and questions I was given a prescription, advice and instructions to get in touch again if the medication hasn’t worked a week later. The doctor was thorough, professional, caring and reassuring. This medical practice is wonderful and I have nothing but admiration, respect and thanks for all the staff and management.

I called the practice today to make an appointment for one day next week. I was told there are no face to face appointments until a phone conversation has been had. Why, now that covid is not really an issue? I was then told there are no bookable phone appointments left for the next 12 days, but I may get one if I call on the day. Very poor.
