    I can never get an appointment. Request for information twice - on two different occasions and has taken over couple of weeks - With no follow up. Poor customer service. This practise needs a review on their procedures and more practicality of situations that occur. Not very customer friendly at all!

    My visit today was nice and smooth. Reception staff helpful and friendly. I was early for my appointment so didn't mind waiting. The nurse who saw me was very professional and had great patient focus and understanding. Completed the test I needed , explained in detail what would happen next. Excellent. 10 out of 10 for the whole experience. Thank you Eldene Surgery.

    GP is always in a hurry. Willing to be sent for private medical examinations, but not from the NHS. Online visits from the GP are welcome. Physiotherapists reluctant to send for further consultations but willing to encourage you to exercise at home. Where is the professional approach to the patient?
