On 2 occasions we were given appointments for eye check ups. The appointment at the health centre took place. The 2nd appointment was at the hospital. On arrival I was told it had been cancelled and I was sent a voicemail. The next appointment , on arrival at the hospital, I was informed was cancelled snd I was sent a voicemail. I was not! The hospital said the health centre cancelled the appointments. I am very unimpressed as it takes a lot of time to get a 94 year old to an appointment . To happen twice is unacceptable.

Very pleased with appointment with Nurse Practitioner who was thorough and arranged necessary tests straightaway.
