The emergency dental care I got here from the dentist was excellent. I had already seen a dentist 24 hours prior but felt no better. But the dentist here was super empathetic, professional, explained what was going on clearly and was clearly very good at what she did.

I have recently been discharged from hospital after an operation, my discharge notes have been sent over to them. The surgery are fully aware of my mental health and needing help to do the last few dosages of my blood thinning medication. This was agreed by the Doctor and booked in to be done with the practice nurse, only for the team leader to call me back and cancel it and not find a suitable adjustment, telling me I must find someone else to do it. Explaining the state of my severe mental health and phobia which I also did the previous day once again this was not even taken into consideration baring in mind this was booked by a GP for a reason. The lack of care and unprofessional behaviour that continues to go on at this practice is horrendous. The majority of the receptionists lacks basic manners when communicating with patients respectfully or show any form of care.

Attended breast screening appointment to find the machine wasn't ergonomic so my assets were treated like a sack.of potatoes. The staff list her patience few times including pulled ger face - this is something 9ne doesn't want to see or be handled the way she did. Her work ethics was a concern so I had enough and walked out. This staff was rude and unprofessional. Not going back there.

I have a long list of medical issues all with different hospital departments, I can not tell you how nice it is to speak to someone who cares about how you are treated and pushes for you to get the best treatment or seen sooner than your appointment in 6 months time. Yesterday I had to call to get a prescription and the hospital and they hadn’t sent it over so the doctor went out of their way to make sure it was with me and to explain the different stages. I’ve been with this doctor for 12 years definitely recommend

The ladies in the emergency dentist were amazing, so friendly and reassuring. So thankful for them and they were great at doing the start of my root canal treatment. I was also seen super quickly. Thank you to all the staff at the practice, I am very grateful!

I have just had the second of two great experiences at Edridge Road. Yesterday I called in the afternoon, was called back by the GP within the hour, was able to send the GP photos of my issue via an upload, and less than two hours after my first approach my prescription was with my local chemist, and I was booked in for an x-ray the next day, which I have just had. I do not believe the service could have been better, thank you so much for being so prompt and efficient.

I came here after a 111 referral for dental pain, the dentist I saw was very reassuring and lovely, knowing I was nervous , she made sure I was comfortable and gave me constant reassurance whilst carrying out the start of a root canal treatment, I was very pleased with this service I was seen quite quick aswell and given a report of what I have had done and X-rays. Best dentist I’ve been too, so thank you!
