On 26 of March and 2nd and 3rd of April saw duty Dr speedily and appropriate referrals to hospital with good outcomes

This GP is the worst practice. Today they took 40 minutes to even answer the phone even though I was apparently number one in the queue. When they did the lady was extremely rude and had no telephone manners. I had to argue with her to get an appointment. 2 weeks being the closest she would offer. The appointment was a review of a long term illness and wanting to discuss medication. I was told that I can’t speak to a doctor even, I need to speak to a a different health practitioner. No! Just so so shocking.

The new callback service is fantastic. It saved my space queueing to speak to the reception team so I received a call back when I reached the top of the queue, and was really easy to use and efficient.

I’ve been registered with East Parade Surgery for almost 3 years and have to say they are the best practice I’ve been in (previously I lived in North Wales and then Cheshire). This week I called with an issue, I was helped by the receptionist, seen that afternoon and a solution given the next day. I’m aware this can’t always be the case as they are so busy but the staff at the practice have never failed to help me when I have needed it. They are always happy to help and have always been kind and genuine with me. Everyone knows of the struggles in the NHS but we are so lucky to have it.

Since joining the practice just over a year ago I have been very impressed with the care and patience I have experienced. From the initial call to the receptionists through to a review with the doctor everybody displays empathy and a genuine interest in my concerns. Thank you very much and please keep up your good work in these difficult times.

My experiences with the various medical staff employed at the practice has been very good. I commend them. In fact my experience with all staff I have encountered has been very positive . I’m grateful to them for their care.

The receptionists as gatekeepers are extremely efficient warm and non judgmental. They provide an excellent service at a time when patients need help. Thank you

The team at East Parade were knowledgeable, clear and helpful not only on this occasion but whenever I have needed their help. The service provided is excellent especially given current pressure on the service. Thank you for everything you do!
