    I have been with the practice for 15 years and it was great ,now is like you have no GP at all . I waited to be seen by the dr for 40 min after my booked time. I asked the receptionist what was going on as I saw the dr leaving the practice , they tried to cover for her telling me she went to the loo , only few minutes later dr entered in rushing with 2 shopping bags. My appointment was waisted as when she called me in she had no idea what to do the computer was off she was rushing to log in etc. they don’t care for patients!.

    It would be helpful if they could print their opening hours on the door or publish their opening hours on the NHS website so patients don't have a wasted journey, also helpful if they answered the phones and accepted patients in for face-to-face consultations instead of just referring patients to Patches/Pharmacy/111 or A & E. It seems they don't want anyone inside their surgery to talk to or ask them difficult questions like "what is wrong with me" & "why am I ill?" Terrible service, rude Receptionists.

    I spent 3 hours on the phone this morning 14/12/2022 and still never got through, terrible place, can never get a call back from any doctor anytime and when I do the doctor's never have time for me and when I put in for a repeat it's no better

    The receptionist was really rude. I called for a emergency appointment for my 11 month old baby and the receptionist said they don’t have any, I had to ask her a few times as she ignored me and kept sighing down the phone. I asked to speak to someone else as the other receptionist clearly had no clue what she was on about and told me I have to wait over a week for a Emergency appointment. The other receptionist got me one for the next day reluctantly.
