I do not understand. My review is refused and says my issue is resolved. That is a blatant lie. The reception told me 2 days ago the Surgery manager would call me on Friday, yesterday. I waited for the call all day. This service is not fit for purpose. My complsint stands.

After soeaking to a Doctor, I was sent an online link which I can do nothing with. Why is the surgery peruing this awkward and unhelpful automation. Why does nhs England allow this. I don't know what the link implies and I am saddened at this issue, especialpy as I have an ongoing complaint regarding the noisy onhold music and the impracticability of not being allowed to request a repeat prescription, the same repeat prescription I have had for years. The onpine system does not work for me. I am truly fed up and after they said they could not analyse my copd spiro test, I am shocked to be placed on a waiting list for over 3 months to do the same test. Why are we so reliant on automation when it is not helpful but handy to blame?

I have had an absolutely fantastic service from everyone concerned with my care at Dyneley House Surgery. Everyone is always very understanding, caring and thoughtful. I am so grateful for all the help everyone at Dyneley House Surgery offer. A big thank you!

I have recently attended the practice for a couple of health issues and vaccinations. I obtained the necessary appointments easily from friendly and efficient staff. The care from Doctors nurses and support staff was also friendly and they resolved my issues promptly. A big thank you to all the staff at Dyneley House surgery from a very satisfied patient

Called in to the surgery this morning and the receptionist on the desk today was so helpful!. Needed a blood test, she booked the blood test apt for me within a few mins - directed me to Skipton hospital and I was in and out of Skipton hospital within 10 mins of her booking the appointment for me and off to work i went. This service was amazing - thank you to the receptionist at Dyneley and also Skipton phlebotomy nurses too. Fantastic

I have consulted GPs in this Practice 4 times in the last 5 months for different health issues, each time my wait on the call-queuing system has been short and each time I have been called back by a doctor within 2 hours. In two instances I have been given a face-to-face appointment in the surgery on the same day as my call. In another instance the GP arranged a phlebotomy appointment for me at the local hospital on the same day as my call. All this constitutes excellent service from the Dyneley House Practice. I have always found the service supplied by all members of the Practice team that have contact with the public to be professional in all aspects. The Surgery premises are clean, bright and welcoming. As a practice Dyneley House is a beacon of good practice in my area, I cannot compliment them enough.
