   I have had several good experiences with GPs at this surgery, who have generally been compassionate and done their best, and some go above and beyond. But you have to catch the right one at the right time. There is no continuity of care, because you cannot see the same GP more than once. You can't book an appointment in advance or request to see a particular GP, so it is pot luck who you get seen by, and that is if you can get an appointment by calling at 8.30am. This is extremely difficult for someone who has chronic health conditions, and it is frustrating to have to explain yourself all over again at each appointment to each new GP. I've also struggled with referrals, because, as the GPs have told me, there simply is not the funding available locally to provide the relevant services.
