My elderly grandmother registered at this GP Surgery a few years ago and my family have always spoke very high of the service since day one. I have since registered at the surgery myself and I am so impressed. The facilities are very clean and modern. Both of the Doctors I have met have been wonderful they have really explained my recent diagnosis and medication to me very well. The Nurse and the Health assistant are both very nice too and really made me feel at ease during my appointments. The team on reception are always very nice when I call or when I have attended in person. Nothing seems too much trouble. Thank you to the whole team for all your hard work.

Date: 22/03/23 Appointment time: 18:30 I approached the reception desk with my elderly mother and the receptionist was on the phone talking and laughing away, which appeared to be a social call. Even though my frail mother and I waited patiently, she continued her telephone call until a male colleague came and directed it to the correct location. I find this to be appalling and below standard. It is evident that the receptionist is not performing the duties for which she is paid. I am afraid that this practice, despite being large and modern, lacks the customer service to match its size and sophistication. In no way will I recommend it to others.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry that you are unhappy with your experience at Parkview and have cause to concern. However, I feel you have commented on the wrong page as Dr Uppal and Partners closes at 18:30 and our last bookable appointment with a GP is at 18:30. I also mentioned this complaint to one of my team who informed me she was aware of the incident you have raised and informed me where you are registered and who you are referring to.
