I have received the best possible care and support from this young Doctor over the past couple of months. For which I am very grateful and I consider him to be a very valuable addition to this Practice,

I made repeated attempts to schedule an appointment for my 11-month-old baby girl, but to no avail. I was advised on July 28, 2022, at around 10 a.m. that the gp office is quite busy in the afternoon because all emergency appointments are fully booked. When I called the gp's office again at around 2:00pm, a different receptionist informed me that the doctor's office wasn't actually open. I never encountered a busy gp when I went there. I haven't seen many patients yet. Additionally, this gp practise lacks a paediatrician to address children's medical needs. A complete waste of time and efforts.

I have had a great customer and patient experience The reception staff are super friendly The doctors caring and get on with what needs doing Only one thing - the waiting area has enough posters and leaflets to account for the Amazon deforestation. I blame CQC who think posters are evidence of action.
