When I call to book an appointment they keep saying to call the day after (or to get a visit in 3 weeks). This happened 2 days in a row and possibly this is going to happen again tomorrow. This is frustrating and not professional. I need to rely on my GP when I have a health problem and not be forced to call 111 or go to another clinic to get visited within a reasonable time. I am going to change my GP clinic now.

When I call to book an appointment they keep saying to call the day after or in the afternoon (or to get a visit in 3 weeks). This happened 3 days in a row and I still cannot book my visit. This is frustrating and not professional. I need to rely on my GP when I have a health problem and not to be forced to call 111 or to go to another clinic to get visited within a reasonable time. I am going to change my GP clinic now.
