Yesterday I was there and whenever I meet him he will rush and wouldn't listen to all my complains,he does that to me all the time,I was there to consult then came with my 6year old daughter who had an accident in school with a serious pain in her head,he didn't even touch her and told us to go that he will give us a phone consultation,I came out so disappointed and its the receptionist who tried to examine her and told me to take her to upney Lane hospital,honestly I'm tempted to change my Gp because its repeated ,a 5 year old child telling u herself that she has pain in her head and u told her to sit down without disturbing,i felt like an outcast yesterday

In and out quick blood tests. Other times for blood pressure changes in medication all tests done quickly and new meds prescribed.

I attended doctors today and was seen by my doctor found him very polite and reassuring he explained everything to me so I could understand it .i was also impressed with all the reception staff and I was given an appointment less than 24 hours after my call . So thanks again for all your help

It can usually be difficult to get an appt, but wasn’t too long on this occasion. My biggest concern is that I always feel rushed and not properly listened to. I’m never asked about other symptoms which could be relevant to same condition, and feel ‘dismissed’ before I have the opportunity to fully explain. Whilst I appreciate how busy doctors are nowadays, I do think this could make a difference, and may save time in the long run if the bigger picture is understood, it could make a difference to treatment and save time with repeat visits or even referrals. Having said that, the doctor can be helpful in the little time that is given, and the receptionists really try their best to help and understand a situation.

My visit to my GP was quite impressive. The service was very good and quick. I arrived at the medical centre at the appropriate time and they within a couple of minutes, I was called when it was my turn and I was well attended to by the nurse. I had a good experience.

I was treated professionally with care and emphaty to my satisfaction unlike on my previous visits. There has been a significant improvement.

I have had 2 early face to face appointments to be seen by the GP. In the 1st appointment, I waited 50 minutes before I was seen. The doctor didn't turn up for the 2nd appointment. I left the surgery after waiting 30 minutes with no message from the doctor whether he's running late or not. I have to book another appointment which I am awaiting and who knows if I will be seen by the doctor as well. It's just a mess at the surgery. It needs significant improvement. The doctor should always be in the surgery before the 1st appointment. The admin staff have been very polite and apologetic on behalf of the GP.

The doctor was very supportive understanding and she was listening to my concerns and worries and suggested the best medical advise I went in feeling down and low with so much worries and came out of the surgery feeling reassured excellent practise they go above and beyond.
