Not happy with practice at all ! My medication has started to become irregular and as for appointments you cannot get see a doctor or NP ! Been waiting nearly 2 years now to sort out hearing aids rediculous , Get told 4 weeks for results from hospital for a heart monitor results and then told 8 weeks by receptionist at doctors, 2 weeks ago they told me prescription was going to Boots still waiting so I’m now running out of medication but can only ring after 2pm and I’m working !! So possibly going be another week now before it’s sorted !! I have heard other peppy complaining about the surgery as well so think it’s about time for a change if things don’t improve !

I have seen so many bad reviews about this surgery but I cannot praise the staff enough. The receptionists are always very helpful and friendly and every doctor and ANP have always provided me and my children with the best care. I just wanted to say thank you.

I attended Ormerod house earlier today to see one of the Nurse Practitioners. I very nearly cancelled this appt but so glad I didn’t. The NP was fabulous and has provided so many answers to issues that have been troubling me for some time. She had great knowledge of my symptoms and treated me with respect , empathy and understanding. I left the surgery feeling full of hope and hopefully the correct medication for my ongoing issues. I have never had any complaints with the doctors and staff at Seven Brooks however feel this member of staff really does make a difference and deserves this positive feedback. She is a credit to the NHS.

I am becoming more concerned that this practice might not actually have a doctor at all. Unless you get through at 8.01am there are no appointments available. For someone tech savvy the online ask my gp is a total nightmare. The poor receptionists might as well work as the out of hours switch board because thats the only place they can send people. About ready to report the GPs as missing persons

I have recently moved out of the Atherton area and sadly have had to change GP. I would like to thank the GPs and practice staff for the care and treatment I received whilst I was a patient. Reception staff are very helpful and courteous, appointments are easy to book via the Ask my GP service once you get used to navigating your way around and the care I received from the GP was excellent. Appointments were not rushed and I felt that my opinion was important. As a result I felt involved in my own care at all times. Thank you again.

how is a mature patient supposed to cope with your online gp it's a mine field one can't get through on the phone and if you do its takes weeks for an appointment. I only want to make an appointment for a flue. please make your online booking easier for us simple soles I do not have a problem with the doctors or staff, just the system
