   Having been with this surgery 3 years I have never managed to get a face to face appointment with a GP, everything is done over the phone. The reception staff have absolutely no people skills, they are rude and impatient. You cannot order a repeat prescription without first physically going to the surgery to request it, have the reception staff demand the reason you need it, and then each time you request a repeat prescription you have to make a medication review appointment to speak to the GP before they issue the prescription, which invariably means you will run out of medication before the new prescription is issued.
