The doctors are phenomenal, one in particular. However the receptionists are so rude! Speaking to people like absolute rubbish and belittling them. A lot of complaints about the one person but yet, they don’t change and are still thinking they own the world. The receptionists are the only thing letting this practice down and the sooner they’re replaced, the better! God forbid she speaks to her family like she speaks to the public.

The surgery is far from perfect, reception staff sometimes curt but the Drs are the best I have had for many years. Before reordering prescriptions online I was asked to go in to collect my prescription, a train journey was necessary and when I arrived I was handed the prescription and asked to place it in a box on the wall opposite for the GP to sign, this was about four paces from the reception desk. I was speechless!! Such a shame that so many surgeries are fronted by so many staff like this.
