I was offered a PSA test which gave a high result, follow up referral, exam and MRI with results all within 13 days. I found the service excellent at all stages. Thank you NHS.

Genuinely gutted about how bad this GP practice has become. Used to be fairly reliable nowadays spend hours trying to get through on the phone - went there in the end phone was ringing and receptionist was having a gossip about a broken boiler whilst phone was ringing Was due a call back by end of the day - no call back happened, booked an appointment over the phone… guess what? No call again. Absolute shambles - go to any other practice than this one.

Can't get an appointment - Been told 'no appointment available for my 2 year old for the next 4 weeks' a couple of times. Can't do a proper prescription - prescribing tablets to the 2yo luckily the chemist checked and provided alternative Minimum 30mins wait on the phone to speak to someone

Had my blood pressure review today. Nurse didn’t say much other than ok. And how much do you weigh said was t sure was weighed and lost weight. Wasn’t asked any details if I had been trying. Then told that it. Really was it worth attending?
