  1. Review titled Thank you Dr R K Arora you didn't have time for me.

Severe pain woke me up at 4 am. I tried to get help from a doctor whenever possible. I called at 8:01 am to get an appointment and was 30th in the que. After 9 o'clock I was still thirtieth in the que and the connection was cut off. So I called 111. The ambulance took me to the hospital, I was examined and the treatment was implemented. I dread to think what would happen if I got an appointment to the GP. Thank you DR R K Arora for such ineffective medical care. On the other hand, how is it possible that the NHS pays colossal money for such poor patient service? It's wasted money.

  2. Review titled Very Unhelpful and nasty attitude

Review: Had a online consultation booked was then told I need a face to face appointment so I go up and try to book an appointment to be told they can’t do it I need to use the airmid which doesn’t work when I explained to the receptionist she just said you are not listening. Or you have to phone at 8 am which when you do you can never get through and when you manage to get through all the appointments have gone so what am I supposed to do. The receptionist I found was very condescending and they just shrugged their shoulders.

  3. Review titled Very poor experience with this practice

Tried for over a week to get an appointment at this prwctice, without success. They prefer you to book appointments using the app but there are never any appointments available so you have to phone at 8am. I tried calling at 8am every morning for a week and despite being near the front of the queue, they said all appointments were taken. Reception staff were apologetic, but their only advice was to go to a&e instead.

  4. Review titled Bitterly disappointed

Was wondering why there can't be evening availability to book online for appointments & medication reviews. The current times are great if you don't work, but no good at all if you do. If you can't get a medical review to order your future medication, what are you to do? Just not take them anymore. Could have very serious consequences. Just saying.

I don't know what they do here. They advise you to use there online web page which takes to app to book appointments and no matter what time go on says no available appointments at all so can't book advance or anything.. himself and nurses are impossible to see then they wonder why A&E are full because it's easier to walk into there then get a GP appointment

  6. Review titled Booking an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

I rung the surgery to book an appointment to see doctor as the online E consult booking was saying they were closed after four days of trying to get through on it only to be told on the phone that they shut that booking service online at 11am everyday once at full capacity so it’s open from 8-11am, so people like me who work 7:30 till 3:30 and don’t have there break till 1:30 and work in a school and who haven’t got time to ring can’t book an appointment or ever get to see a doctor it is ridiculous when I used to use it before and I could access it at any time of the day and having the lady say try it at 8 or ring back at 8 in the morning yeah I would if I could working people don’t have time to sit on the phone for hours

  7. Review titled Refused appointment for child with breathing difficulties

Rated 1 star out of 5

On hold from 8am to 9.20 to be told there are no appointments and the best they can do is book something next week - for a 5 year old with breathing difficulties for the 4th time in 6 months. Awful service, awful attitude, told to find a walk-in! Yet again having to rely on 111 to obtain an appointment at the hospital and get the medication required to help my son breathe. Apparently not over-subscribed or under-staffed, just unable to offer emergency appointments for children!
