The lady at reception, and the doctor who I saw on behalf of my mum, couldn't have been more helpful. I really appreciate the wonderful service - thank you.

7th in the queue on the phone and an hour in I’m still waiting. This really is appalling. Please invest in either more staff to answer the phone or improve the phone system.

1hr wait to speak to reception after being just number 7 in the queue. Then to be told we are quiet today. Clearly not, or phone system is not being used appropriately.

The receptionists are always so kind and helpful and make sure you get the help you need. The doctors respond quickly, efficiently and with such care. I can’t recommend this surgery highly enough.
