This is one of the most efficient, helpful Doctor’s surgeries I’ve ever known. I live with a complex health condition and the people here make it easy for me to drop tests, speak with a doctor, get prescriptions etc. The efficiency and the systems (such as using E-Consult) make life much easier than it has been with other practices. Even the size of the waiting room is helpful when you’re immune suppressed and don’t want to be too close to other patients.

This surgery are facing the same problems as everyone else in the nhs but they make it work . They are extremely efficient work extremely hard and I would like to thank them for the great service it’s much appreciated- please keep up all your hard work

Telling people to book appointments online instead of answering the phone and booking an appointment for a patient is an absolute disgrace. Some people are not comfortable or confident using laptops or smart phones. Please have some compassion and consideration for this. I have also been into Reception with a simple query and been told to…. go home, log onto the system, select ‘Ask Reception a Question’ and enter my one line question and then they will give me an answer. How ridiculous is that?! - they could have just answered it when I asked them whilst I was standing in Reception. The world has gone mad. So sad.

I attended the practice due to a possible cesarean wound infection and I was treated quickly and efficiently. I had to keep attending every two days for get my wound dressed and the care was just amazing. Each nurse welcomed me and made me feel I was able to speak freely. I felt they cared and wanted to do everything they could do help my recovery. I have felt listened to and properly cared for. A massive thank you.

Called in excess of 4 weeks ago , was told to do an e consult online ! Which I did and was told to call the surgery as it couldn't be done online and need an urgent appointment with a gp ! Called the practice and was told I would get a call that day ! I still haven't had a call and nothing has got better in symptoms !

We are sorry to hear this. Looking at yesterday, all 77 patients and Monday's 118 patients on the urgent triage list were all called back and dealt with and treated or given appointments where necessary. If this did not happen to you then we need to find out where the break in the system was. As you have posted this anonymously, we can't contact you to find out what has gone wrong if you were not contacted. Please could you contact the practice or update here, so we can sort this for you, if we have not already called you and sorted it?

My recent visit was dealt with very swiftly with Doctors, nurses and admin all keeping me updated with phone calls on the progress of my prescription.
