    I was quite nervous to get jabbed but the practice nurse was so lovely she put me straight at ease. I felt I learnt so much in this appointment and she gave me such great advice for my travels. Never have I been so cheerful after being vaccinated ( I needed 3 jabs so this is a real testament to this nurse ). Thank you to this practice nurse I really appreciate her !

    I attended my appointment with the following issues: a lump on my thumb (which I was informed was a wart at the appointment), a fungal toenail, a suspected heart problem and to also be referred for an autism diagnosis. The doctor told me he would write me a prescription for the wart which he didn't do. He asked me to bring my nail clippings into the practice and gave me a urine sample pot to bring them in so he could determine what fungus it was. I since have been using a treatment I bought at Boots which seems to be working for the nail. He timed my heartbeat for around 10 seconds while looking at a watch and concluded that there was no issue with my heart. He said he would refer me for an autism diagnosis and I haven't heard anything about this either.

    I have consistently been impressed with the practice, having always been seen the same day. The practice have been especially diligent with ensuring my children get appointments even when I have contacted them later in the day. Recently I also received follow up courtesy calls to ask after my daughter which I found to be above and beyond. Receptionists, GPs and nurses are all friendly- we couldn’t ask for more.

    I phoned the surgery at 8am received the doctor's call at 9.30am and received the essential antibiotics from the pharmacy at 10.30 am. Excellent outcome from the practice. Thank you.

    I think this clinic is wonderful. The reception staff are always polite and helpful and the care I receive from the GP's to Nursing staff has always been top class. I called for a prescription at 4 pm on a Friday and I picked it up at 6.15 ! :really helped as I was able to collect my medication over the weekend. Thanks to everyone !

    The new appointment booking system is excellent - if there is a real need, I can get an appointment on the same day. I also love the option of online or phone appointment. It's very convenient for those of us who are in a full time job. It's much easier to pop out for a phone call with a GP than attended a face to face consultation. Keep up good work.

    Have always felt well looked after by Didsbury Medical Centre. I've had to request a couple of same day appointments recently for my 18 month old son and they've been really accommodating; we were seen in person both times and they thoroughly examined him and got him sorted and back to health. They're obviously a super busy and in demand surgery, but I've felt really looked after - thanks everyone!

    I have always found the service provided by this practice to be of the highest standards both in terms of access-ability and clinical care. I feel my health is important to all the clinical staff, and they treat me with consideration and involve me in decisions about my care.

    I applied for an appointment for a blood test via web site. Received a .txt with a web link instructing me to visit and book the appointment on-line myself. After three attempts returning 'date/time selected not available', I got a message instructing me to phone the practice. I phoned twice, waiting about 15mins each time. On getting through each time, the receptionist was unable to hear anything I was saying, and so hung up on me. An utter shambles.
